Clients reviews about Sky Flooring

Paulo and his team did an outstanding job installing new tile flooring throughout our home. We’ve been getting compliments on the floor since it was installed. His advice at the outset helped us to select gorgeous ceramic tiles. His team’s work was neat and precise and the end result was truly beautiful and functional. Paulo was very responsive to all our questions and he thoroughly explained every step of the process. The team kept the work area super clean throughout the entire project, including during the demolition phase. Last but definitely not least, Paulo was extremely flexible in negotiating the overall price of the project and there were no unexpected cost overruns. I wholeheartedly recommend him. ~ Stacey-Lee G

Last week on Jan 9th I was in the market for a good tile company, I had found three companies on line and one who answered my call said was Sky general flooring. came same day to Apt and gave a very fair price and could start the following couple of days. After getting his Lic. and Ins Info gave to management and was good to go. The job started this Wednesday and was shocked on how his Installer Gustavo started job. The owner who is Paulo by the way was so professional I was very impressed how he ran his business like if I was family. The job was done fast chopping up and replacement of tile and was so fast and clean. short and sweet if you want a professional team and quality work call Paulo you would not be unhappy, first class work and very clean unreal. This is the best I ever used and I want to thank him and his great team. ~ John M

We recently had our bathroom and laundry room tiles redone, and we are so happy with the results! The team was great to work with from beginning to end. They listened to what we wanted, gave us helpful advice, and made everything look even better than we imagined. The tile work is perfect—everything is straight, neat, and looks super clean and modern. They also kept the space as clean as possible while working and finished the job right on time. Our bathroom and laundry room now look fresh and beautiful. We’re so pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathrooms and laundry room. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. ~ mahsa m

I had a very good experience with Sky Flooring. They redid the tile in four bathrooms in my home, including a shower and a feature wall. The team was organized, professional, and communicated well throughout the project. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area as clean as possible, and paid attention to the details. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and they worked hard to make sure I was happy with the final result. The finished tile work looks great, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sky Flooring to anyone looking for a reliable and professional tile contractor. ~ Mark M

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about these guys! Paulo and Gustavo did an amazing job on our shower and bathroom tile! I highly recommend Sky General Flooring for any tile or flooring project. I recently had a bad experience with a previous “contractor” and my bathroom needed to be completely re done again. I knew I needed to get my bathroom fixed, but I was nervous when searching for someone to do it. After getting a couple of other estimates, we met Paulo and instantly had a good feeling about him. Paulo and the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect! They always showed up on time and treated our home like it was their own! Paulo always answered any questions or concerns that we had. I wasn’t stressed out once during the whole process! I wish I would have found these guys the first time around but you live and learn. If you’re reading this trying to find a tile contractor, look no further!! ~ Tyler K

Dealing with SKY flooring is like a breath of fresh air. From start to finish everything was beyond my expectations. The cleanliness of the installers when they left each day and the promptness of their arrival at 8:00am the next day was only exceeded by the quality of their expertise in the tile installation itself. One week after finishing the job Paulo the general manager called to see if I was completely satisfied with the job and if there was anything further he could do. Dealing with them is a pleasure I can assure you in this day and age with so many ripoffs around. ~ Joel E

Sky General Flooring recently installed 35x35 inch rectified porcelain tile in most of our home. The job included demo, tile installation, and new baseboards. All of this went on while my family was living in the house. The team showed up on time every day and worked full days until the work was done. They did a great job protecting our furniture and personal items and blocking off the sections of the house where they were working. They did exceptional work throughout the whole process. We plan to use them again in the future for other jobs. Highly recommend! ~ Shari B

I cannot say enough good things about Sky Flooring! After trying to tackle my guest bathroom as a DIY project and completely failing, Sky Flooring truly came to my rescue. Paulo was incredible from the very beginning. He came out quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and clearly explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. When the crew arrived for demo day, I was so impressed by how careful and professional they were. They took extra steps to protect my furniture and floors, and they left everything so clean. Odair’s tile work on my bath surround and flooring was absolutely impeccable. Our home is older, and he took the time to properly level the walls and make sure every detail was perfect. The finished bathroom looks amazing! From the friendly and knowledgeable owner to the hardworking crew, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Sky Flooring to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service! ~ Rachel

I had a powder room updated with a new toilet and vanity, along with repairs to two damaged floor transitions. The work was done well and the finished space looks clean and much improved. The new fixtures were installed properly and the repaired transitions now look seamless. Communication was straightforward and the project was completed without major issues. Overall, I am happy with the result and enjoyed working with Paulo and would not hesitate on using him again for any future projects or if anyone needs a recommendation. ~ Tara c

Sky General Flooring LLC We were referred to this company after they installed my daughter's flooring project, 6 years ago, we saw the quality of their work, the professionalism of the installers and the salesman Paulo, he was very friendly clear and answered all of our questions before we contracted the job. We decided to give them the opportunity to tackle our entire home flooring project and we didn't regret our choice. From the moment they arrived the first day (on time) to the moment they delivered the completed job, they were absolutely fantastic. Eric, the installer was very helpful and understood all of our needs. They made sure we were involved if there was a decision to be made that affected the outcome of the installation on top of correcting any issue that we had with the job; until we were completely satisfied. I want to thank Sky General Flooring for a job perfectly done, on time, professional and priced fairly. I would highly recommend them for your flooring projects without a doubt. Victor ~ Victor G

Paulo and his team literally saved our floors. We originally hired a contractor who did our kitchen a few years back to replace our floors now, and let’s just say he is not a floor tile guy (I’ll attach a picture for reference). From my initial contact with Paulo to the very last day, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Paulo and his team are fair, honest, professional, clean, and efficient. He came in to such a mess and transformed my floors into pure luxury in less than a week. His knowledge, expertise, communication, and patience is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in renovating our home. His team is second to none! I already have him lined up to install our baseboards once our new doors are installed. And we have two bathrooms that I wouldn’t even think of anyone else to remodel. We are truly lucky to stumble onto Sky General Flooring in such a dire time of need. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. Thank you thank you thank you Paulo! I am looking forward to our next projects together. ~ Kate D

I contacted Paulo with Sky flooring and described the situation with my bathroom and he immediately came to my rescue and spent well over an hour looking at everything and brainstorming with me to come up with a solution that would fix the problem caused by someone else. The entire experience was so professional and he and his crew were kind and they listen to me and my concerns throughout the process and the outcome is so beautiful. I am so happy. I highly recommend sky flooring and Paulo and his entire crew. ~ Butterfly D

I needed help with my spare room, and had already purchased the tile on my own. I randomly called and spoke with Paulo. He was helpful and came for the estimate the next day. He was able to schedule the work to begin less than a week later and the team was at my house at 8:00am. They finished in less than 2 days and the work was done beautifully. Very fairly priced and quality work done. Have already referred him to friends and family. Thanks Paulo!! ~ Josh M

I’m a contractor of 50 years and can identify true professionals. This company is exceptional. Super detailed on cleanliness and quality. It’s so refreshing to finally have a company that is passionate and caring about the work. So much sloppiness and lack of professionalism and lack of quality in all industries today. Great to finally find a gold nugget in a sea of rocks. Thanks for the great job. ~ Mark N

I wholeheartedly recommend Paulo and his team at Sky General Flooring LLC for your home improvement project. ~ Frances M

Paulo and his team did an excellent job on my investment property. They installed new vinyl floors and were also able to help fix some wall damage and additional carpentry work. Paulo communicated very well and went above and beyond to make sure my project went smoothly. Finally a contractor that is organized and cares about his clients and the quality of his work. Thank you Paulo! Highly recommend! ~ Jasmin D

Sky General Flooring did a great job on my bathroom remodel. A neighbor referred them after being happy with his own bath remodel.
